If you submit credit application information, you are responsible for providing accurate information and only submitting information you are authorized to provide. DD Auto Concierge may use the information for credit application preparation, follow-up, and related transaction steps where permitted and authorized.
Additional disclosures, signatures, lender forms, dealer forms, or secure follow-up may be required before any credit check, financing review, or transaction step is completed.
Brand names, model names, logos, and vehicle references are used only to identify vehicles that clients may request or compare. DD Auto Concierge does not claim official manufacturer affiliation, endorsement, approval, partnership, or agency relationship unless expressly stated in writing.
Vehicle transactions may involve dealers, lenders, finance sources, transport providers, inspection providers, scheduling tools, email services, website infrastructure providers, or other third parties. Those parties may have their own terms, privacy notices, requirements, and approval processes.
DD Auto Concierge is not responsible for third-party websites, services, underwriting decisions, inventory changes, dealer decisions, lender decisions, or third-party terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when submitting forms or communicating with DD Auto Concierge. Do not submit information for another person unless you have permission and authority to do so.
